• Finding Strength: Beyond “Staying Strong” Alone.

    Hello, Lovely Souls,

Life is a journey which includes both ups and downs. But still you are looking for solutions for life. I shout to myself and say “what is happening?” “Why with me?” Why why ?? .. sigh !!! 😞 But no echo or inner voice comes. You know it is most difficult to stay strong in this world. But as a human nature we get emotional at some points.

Specially me I m very emotional person and I attached to people, things, places easily. But this attachment is not good, it makes you weak. You know my mother always says “Don’t think about that topic again and don’t talk about it, let them go. You can’t change things. You can’t change people. Why are you worried? Stay busy, distract yourself, get up, and work.” And she’s right at her point.

But I know that this is not an easy task for many people.

When my mood dips, I turn to quotes like ‘stay strong’ and ‘happy life’ for a pick-me-up. Googling myself helps temporarily, but what about those sudden triggers of negative thoughts? How do you cope?

Lost in the vastness of the sky, where every cloud tells a story.
Sky: where dreams ascend and worries fade.

I also ask my friends “what is your view on life” How do you face tough time? And every one gives me different answer but common answer they gave me is “divert your mind”Initially, it seems like a common fix, but it’s not. Some people told me “open your old folder and start looking at your happy memories” but still for me it is a temporary solution..

When I googled and Google baba says : maintain positive mindset , do yoga , start journaling , self care go shoping blah blah …uff 🙄

That even not working for me .🤷🏻‍♀️

Now what to do…what’s the solution????

    “The secret to staying strong?”

For me, the answer lies in reconnecting with nature. Taking just 15 or 20 minutes to gaze at the sky can work wonders for my mental well-being. Initially, it may feel uncomfortable, even stressful, but as I immerse myself in the vastness of the sky, I feel a sense of peace wash over me. The sky, a symbol of nature’s boundless beauty and resilience, reminds me of the greater forces at play in the universe.”

Snapped a quick photo during my walk.

Here are some practical ways to incorporate nature into your journey of staying strong:

    1. Take a Walk: Step outside for a brief stroll, soaking in the sights and sounds of the natural world around you. Remember, the rule is not to engage in conversation with anyone.
    2. Connect with Animals: If you’re comfortable, spend time with a dog or cat. Their companionship can be incredibly soothing.
    3. Find a Quiet Spot: Seek out a serene garden or park where you can sit beneath the shade of a tree and simply be present, allowing nature to calm your mind.
    4. Engage in Physical Activity: Whether it’s riding a bike, cycling, or running, physical activity can help uplift your spirits. In India, riding a scooter without a helmet can be refreshing, with the wind on your face providing positive energy and clearing your mind.
Sky gazing never fails to captivate me.

Just being out in nature is like my secret weapon for tough times. It helps me see things more clearly and gives me the strength to handle whatever life throws my way.😊❤️

These simple rituals—finding comfort in nature’s embrace—are my personal formula for staying strong. But I’m curious—what strategies do you use to navigate life’s ups and downs? Share your thoughts in the comments below. After all, we’re in this journey together.

    With Warmth and Resilience

    Wish you Happy life.
